#1- NOTARY OFFICE MANAGER / TRAINER

Notary with current Louisiana Commission

(Statewide Jurisdiction a PLUS) at least 18 yrs old ,

(Bi-lingual in Spanish or Vietnamese or Hindi etc... a Plus)

Must have a current required Bond Or E&O Insurance.

JOB Expectations:

- Part-time minimum 20 to 35 hours a week.

- Flexible scheduling between 9am to 9pm

7 days a week some holidays.

- Must be able to perform competently all notarial duties.

- Will do supervising and training of office staff.

- Must have GOOD customer service skills and phone etiquette.

- Current LA drivers license a reliable vehicle

and proof of current auto liability insurance.

- Willing to drive to locations in the metro area

(New Orleans,St Tammany, Washington Parish Metairie, Jefferson, Gretna, Baton Rouge).

COMPENSATION:

$17 to $30 dollars per hour

(depending on experience)

And mileage expenses.

#2- NOTARY OFFICE RECEPTIONIST

Typing-Clerical-Computer-Phones

(Bi-lingual in Spanish or Vietnamese or Hindi etc... a Plus)

must be at least 18 yrs old and able to be employed in U S.

Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.

JOB Expectations:

- Part-time minimum 20 to 35 hours a week.

- Flexible scheduling between 9am to 9pm

7 days a week some holidays.

- Must have GOOD customer service skills and phone etiquette.

- Will do all types of office, clerical and receptionist duties.

- Current LA drivers license a reliable vehicle

and proof of current auto liability insurance.

- Willing to drive to locations in the metro area

(New Orleans, Metairie, Jefferson, Gretna, Harahan).

COMPENSATION:

$13 to $20 dollars per hour

(depending on experience)

And mileage expenses.
